Located in an historic Victorian in the Highlands and the house where the original La Loma originated. Serving coffee, breakfast and lunch -- specifically southern - the menu is a creation of dishes that zigzag from chicken-fried eggs and smoked buffalo hash to a Benedict skyscraped with pulled pork, collard greens and pickled pepper jam on house-baked buttermilk biscuits, griddle cakes, shrimp and grits, fried green tomatoes, catfish and po boys. Thanks to the work of executive chef Colin Mallet, who hails from Louisiana and started his cooking career at sixteen in New Orleans, the food is delicious!
