Hey all,
This group is a simple. We play pickup basketball games on a weekly basis. You should definitely join if you:
1) Are not hugely competitive, the point is to get a work out in... You are not going to find the same run as 24 Hour Fitness with us, and we consider that to be a good thing.
2) Spread the ball around! Remember its a team sport, Not 1 on 5!
3) Can commit. (If you RSVP, please show up we are counting on you to play).
4) Want to get out, make some new friends and get some exercise.
