New Meetup: Free St. Patty's Party!

From: Christine

Announcing a new Meetup for A Toronto Singles Group (20's - 50's)!

What: Free St. Patty's Party!

When: March 17,[masked]:00 PM

Where: Click the link below to find out!

Saint Patrick's Day is celebrated worldwide by Irish people and increasingly by non-Irish people (usually in Australia and North America). Celebrations are generally themed around all things Irish and, by association, the colour green. People celebrate the secular version of the holiday by wearing green or orange, eating Irish food and/or green foods, imbibing Irish drink (such as Guinness or Baileys Irish Cream) and attending parades?..and PARTIES!!!
I hooked up with a friend and owner of The Ben Wicks (a great local pub) who has offered this space for us to party!

What sucks? It?s on a Tuesday?..what doesn?t suck? There?s no cover charge and on top of that, I won?t be charging anything EXCEPT for the $1.00 for the charity! We are $155.00 away from the goal of $500.00 so please help out!

You?ll receive a free St. Patty?s Day T-Shirt (come see me to get it), there will be traditional Irish food for you to eat (stew, Sheppard?s pie) and of course, your GREEN IRISH BEER?.or normal color beer if you choose!

It?s a great cozy place which will have some traditional Irish songs too! If you go anywhere else ? you?re looking at paying a good penny just to get in! They are located at 424 Parliament St. (at Gerrard St. E.) ? You can take the TTC there ? it?s basically right off the TTC.

Party starts at 8:00 PM and bring your loonies (for the charity) and your smiles for the camera!!
