Start your day focused, clear, and ready for action. In just 20 minutes, we’ll tap into proven productivity principles to organize your priorities and prepare for purposeful work.

### What to Bring

  • Your calendar
  • Your action tracker, aka to-do list, task list or personal planner
  • Your project plan(s) for one or more projects you choose to work on. You can also create one during the session. It can be a simple to-do list specific to one project, or a full Gantt or other type of chart
  • A journal or scratch pad and writing tool(s).

Optional

  • Notes, reminders, or intentions from the previous day(s).
  • Any relevant documents from your work, volunteer roles, or projects that describe your role and responsibilities, scope of work, project scope, or other material that defines the boundaries of what you do.
  • An ideas tracker — a notebook or app where you captures ideas, insights and challenges throughout the day or night as inspiration strikes.
  • A habit tracker or systems tracker — is a place to plan and track personal habits, including stacked habits and routines.
  • A temple of light — a vision board or inspirational collection of images, quotes, affirmations, intentions, or aspirational people.

Fluff the Nest
Join the meeting, hydrate, tidy your physical and digital workspace, and gather your tools. Feel free to chat with fellow attendees.

Gather Your Flock
🔹 Reflect: Review your latest notes and reminders. Freewrite to brain dump anything on your mind — e.g. inspiration, ideas, insights, questions, concerns and challenges. Store your notes to easily find and act on them.
🔹 Assess: Review your calendar, goals, roles, and responsibilities.
🔹 Update: Adjust your calendar, action tracker, and project plan(s).
🔹 Focus: Identify key priorities and determine what to eliminate, delegate, or defer.

Take the Lead
We will close the main session with a big breath, a reminder of what motivates, inspires or centers us and a few seconds to reflect on our intention(s) for the day,

6:00 AM – Close
Begin the day with clarity.

### Bonus: Coworking

Feel free to stay later for a pomodoro-inspired coworking session. Depending on participants' availability, it may last anywhere from 10 minutes to over an hour.
