Obelisk Circular

It's time for the annual Banbury Young Walkers Obelisk visit!

A favourite walk for this time of year. You will see: miscellaneous towers and ruins, Wroxton Abbey, beautiful autumn colours and of course the Obelisk.

This route is an 8.5k circular from Banbury, meeting at the Barley Mow carpark. The walk starts at 10.30 and will take approx 2.5 hours. There are a couple of short inclines but overall fairly flat and on established footpaths. There is no stop on route so please bring water and any snacks you may need. Walking boots or trainers you don't mind getting dirty are best for this one- it will be muddy if it has been wet!

There will be post walk drinks/ cheesy chips/ chat back at the (newly refurbished ooo) Barley Mow for anyone who would like to join. I would expect us to be back at the pub no later than 1.30pm.
