Are you an owner of a small and medium business or a startup facing challenges in dealing with your internal customers (i.e. employees) and external customers (e.g. your customers and your suppliers)? Are you looking for ways to improve your communication and negotiation skills so that you can persuade people who don't want to be persuaded?

#1 – No spamming/ selling. This includes blatant self-promotion or disguised selling: offers to help, giving away “free” stuff, calls for "market research", posting testimonials and case studies, asking people to message you for more information etc. Keep that in the appropriate theme day threads (see below). If you see sneaky stuff being posted, report the post!
#2 – No shares from your social media pages or links of any kind in posts OR in images. It doesn't matter if you're posting someone else's link or one that you find helpful. NO links!
#3 - No requests for interviews (guest or host) - they will be removed.
*If you break these rules, you may be banned without warning, we don't have time to send warning messages*
Note: I do promote my own products and services, if you aren’t ok with that, this group isn't for you.
Also, if you're easily offended this isn't the group for you. As this group will continue to grow and we anticipate a large number of members in it, chances are you won't agree with everything that's posted.
