Join us every other Monday for hamsa yoga for meditation. This class will have a special emphasis on Asana (stretching) that is specifically focused on helping prepare for meditation practice. We will also practice breath work (pranayama), healing sounds( mantra), and guided meditation. This practice is ideal for first time meditators and those who have already been initiated into the kriya yoga practice. All teachings are from the lineage of living Master Gurunath Siddhanath.
