This classic boot camp consists of 45/15 HIIT training and combines functional exercises, interval training, and team spirit to boost strength, endurance, and also mobility for all fitness levels.
There may be some running involved, like going up the stairs in Margarthen Park or running from the studio to the park but no extended running.
That’s “back to the roots” because that’s how ByBo started 9 years ago...
