(Mandatory for new members joining after May 18, 2014): Your experience: How long have you been golfing? How often do you golf? Do you usually play 9 or 18 holes? If new to golf, have you taken lessons? Do you have your own equipment?

I've been golfing since 9am. I golf when I'm on a course. I play 13 holes. I've taken math class in High School. I have a baseball bat.

Have you read and do you understand the conditions in the "About Us" section, which can be found in the left column of each page, between the "Invite friends" link and the group profile photo? (Mandatory for members joining after June 17, 2013)

What is there about US? There is no US, we're just overgrown bacteria attached to a speck of dirt in the vast universe. Golf is irrelevant. The moment of the swing symbolizes our need to control our complex lives in a short amount of time and duffing it often. But the moment we pure a 4 iron, with a little draw, is why we keep living (and playing).

(Mandatory for members joining after December 5, 2013) Are you familiar with the basic do's and don'ts of golf? If not, please research and learn the basic golf etiquette for beginner golfers.

Always drink before, during, and after your round. Never mix hard liquor and beer. Don't talk during someone's backswing. Don't stand behind someone's line of play during their stroke. PROVISIONAL BALLS!!!

My profile shows my attitude when playing golf. It's like a little dog that couldn't hold in his pee while on a car ride.

What Delius C. is saying about this Meetup Group

Please, please, please don't feel you have to be Tiger woods or even his distant 3rd cousin to play with us. Just have an open mind, and be able to laugh at yourself (along with us)! Heck you don't even need clubs sometimes. Balls would help, cajones, huevos, whatever.
