Lynne Ramsay ("We've Got To Talk About Kevin") has a penchant for dissecting uncomfortable topics - her latest exploring themes of postpartum depression, rage, lust, despair, and the conflict between a woman's desire for freedom and the reality of her confined existence. The story follows a writer who moves to a secluded country house with her partner, only for her mental state to deteriorate as she feels increasingly trapped by domesticity.
Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson star.
