[CAMPBELL] Free Boot Camp at Campbell TRACK/ Aqui's for Fun!

Boot Camp! We will get started by 6:30 so if you want to stretch, come early!

Meet in the grass next to bathrooms near the parking lot

Bring a towel and get ready to do some hard core training and plyometrics. (Plyometric movements, in which a muscle is loaded and then contracted in rapid sequence, use the strength, elasticity and innervation of muscle and surrounding tissues to jump higher, run faster, throw farther, or hit harder, depending on the desired training goal. It's where speed and power meet)

I am not a professional trainer so only do what you know your body can handle. I have taught a boot camp course before, but at this point I am not certified. We will do a mile warm up and then do about 45 minutes of exercises (stomach, arm and leg rotations). We will finish with an 800 (1/2 mile) cool down. I will bring drinks, you bring the energy!



Head out with the group to enjoy some fantastic food and drinks at Aqui's in Campbell.

You might want to bring a change of clothes or at least a sweatshirt so that you don't freeze your hiney off after sweating with me for bootcamp!

    Question - is this done on grass? Only asking because I am allergic to grass...I am driving from mview so I'd rather know now before I drive there :-) thank you!

      Hi Nima - Unfortunately it will likely be on the grass, especially in the summer months when the track is crowded. Occasionally we go on the stadium steps or a concrete area, but it's normally a game time decision depending on what space is available. A couple others have grass allergies and they bring a mat or a blanket and seem to do ok. Hope that helps and hope you can join us! We promise a challenging workout!
