Boot Camp! We will get started by 6:30 so if you want to stretch, come early!
Bring a towel/mat and get ready to do some hard core training and plyometrics. (Plyometric movements, in which a muscle is loaded and then contracted in rapid sequence, use the strength, elasticity and innervation of muscle and surrounding tissues to jump higher, run faster, throw farther, or hit harder, depending on the desired training goal. It's where speed and power meet)
Warm Up: 1 mile run
Workout: 40 Minutes of stomach/ arm/ leg rotations
Cool down: 800 meter run (2 laps around the track)
