We had some great discussion with the BoCoCo guys. The developers in the room worked with them to technically evaluate the FreeGeek application to determine if it meets their needs and identify potential challenges they might run into with VMWare and Ruby.

In addition to that, we identified in our discussion that many of the challenges they were having were less "technical" oriented and more "sales" oriented and we gave them some ideas to help drive traffic and serve customers better, including:

- Packaging up their product to sell it
- Partner with other NP organizations
- Hold a flea-market type event to sell their wares
- Getting, and populating, a searchable database in place so they know exactly what they have on hand when customers do come in
- Look in to advertising opportunities

Next steps:

- The PM, Mike Seiler, offered to work with Eric on SEO and setting up and tracking AdWords campaigns.
- The developers swapped information and will continue to be available to BoCoCo's technical team to help them troubleshoot any challenges they might run up against with the FreeGeek application.
