Beer & Ice Cream Pairing at Rorschach Brewery

We have been to Rorschach Brewery many times for beer & cheese pairings and even beer & chocolate pairings but never beer & ice cream. This should be a fun non-trivia event for everyone who likes great imaginative beers.

Led by our passionate head brewer, enjoy specially selected beer curated to pair with artisinal ice cream from Ed's Real Scoop. From rich stouts to hoppy ales, and fruity sorbets to creamy pistachio gelato, prepare to immerse yourself in an evening of dynamic pairings.
Tickets include 4 x 5oz tasters of beer with 4 ice cream samples, fees and gratuity included. Event starts at 7:30 pm, but join us early before for dinner and happy hour!
We're located on the East end of Toronto near the Beaches. There is a Green P parking lot next to our space, as well as street parking nearby. For any accessibility requests or information, please email events@rorschachbrewing.com.
