Join us Thursday, May 9th, 6:30 PM at Big Boss Brewing Company to hear from an expert in his field, Patrick Stox. https://twitter.com/patrickstox
There are 3 main pillars in SEO; Technical, Content, & Links. Technical is arguably the hardest to get right. Even with many on-page factors there are a lot of myths and misunderstandings in the SEO community around some of these items that lead to people wasting time changing things that won't have an impact. When it gets into more cross-page signals or areas where various signals all add up a final result like in canonicalization then it becomes even harder to know how to troubleshoot issues or where the problem actually is. Sometimes search engines are even fixing these issues for you on their end and any change you make, while more future proof, won't have an impact now.
In this presentation, Patrick will cover:
-Technical best practices
-How various signals interact
-How some of these various systems work
-How to troubleshoot and prioritize issues
