Night cap at O'Kanes

Ah, the firepits at O'Kanes; a true rite of passage for those of you calling Bend home can be found on the other side of the fence (behind McMenamins).  We've been here countless times; it is not unusual for a local to say they didn't know this place existed.  Further, that they can't wait to share it with someone new.  **I hope this is you!

As you make your way to O'Kanes, you'll see folks sitting and standing around the firepits imbibing and chattering away.  Its surprising how a nice cold beer goes down on a seasonal night.  Inside there is a pub, with a pot-bellied stove, tables and booths.  And for you night owls, there's a late-nite happy hour at 10pm!  I go for the $2.50 spicy tater tots, and or a burger.   C'mon, there's 3 or 4 blazing firepits going on at any given time.  It's chummy back there.  Stay for a little while.

You should do this tomorrow night. My brother is coming to town and I'd love to be able to take him to an ADFW meetup!
