Adventurous when it comes to trying new restaurants, new cuisines, spirits, beer and wine?
Do you like meeting new interesting people? Is it about time to step back out? Are you new to Bend but don't know a soul? Would you like to expand your social or business network?

If yes to any of the above, you've come to the right place!
We seek out happy hours, spirit, beer and wine tastings, lite meals, breakfasts, lunches, potlucks and occasional full dinners.

Our group provides a great opportunity to make new friends, and try out the local eateries, breweries, and wine bars in Central Oregon. We also encourage our members to host gatherings at their homes, many themes are possible--if interested, contact me.

We also participate in many outdoor group activities such as snowshoeing, XC skiing, camping, kayaking, and hiking (with a food and beverage theme of course).

We typically post 20-25 different events a month--surely there's something that will appeal to you! I post all the events from Bend down to Sunriver, and Karen Findley does everything north which includes the Cascade Mall, Sisters, Eagle Crest, Redmond, Madras and Prineville.

Do you have a smartphone? I highly recommend downloading the app. There you can "rsvp and un-rsvp" on the fly. You can add a guest, and remove one too. You'll receive pertinent messages from me, as well as announcements to meetups. Often folk complain that the meetups fill up so quickly (hint: those folks use their cellphones). You are able to designate if you would like the information sent to you via email or text. It's so convenient.

A current "mugshot" is required to be a member of our group. If you don't have a picture immediately, that's ok. But please make an effort to do this. A profile pic is needed so the given hosts of an event can readily recognize you as you enter the venue, it is needed so other members can recognize you--particularly if you are attending a meetup at their house. I mean you too would like to 'see' who's coming to dinner. I ask you to please include at least your first name. We are an engaging group. This little bit of info also helps to make introductions.

FYI: Our focus is fellowship. It is open to all. But if you happen to meet someone, that's an added perk.

Thanx for joining!

All new members are given a 14-day trial period. Attend a few gatherings, see if the group is a good fit for you. After that, you must pay your $6 annual dues to continue to be a member of this fine group. Something of note: if you sign up for an event, but allow your trial period to lapse, you will be deleted from the event and lose your standing.

I hope you do!

Methods of payment: the secure link, by mail, or in person.
