Would you like you customers to be the happiest in the world and spread a word about your amazing product? Would you like to know how to quickly create digital products that your users will love? If yes, then this meetup is for you!

We're going to introduce you to a few simple tools to better understand your customer and their needs and use this knowledge while creating a digital product. This includes personas, a bit of customer journey mapping and collaborative sketching!

And then we practice, practice and practice!!! We'll take a real life use case and guide you through a few simple steps you can take to define your personas, build their profiles, design their future customer journey map and sketch a simple and easy to use solutions. You will learn how to use these tools by working in small groups and getting frequent feedback on the results of your collaborative effort. By the end of the session, you will know your customer, their needs and aspirations and create a solution that will make them wow!

After the meetup we hope you will be able to use these simple tools to understand your customer and design the best solution for them.

The meetup will be helpful for anyone working with an agile product team - Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX specialists, people passionate about building a successful digital product.
