I search the internet for Bellevue running group.
What is your running/walking goal? Are you training for a particular race or event?
I am trying to maintain my half marathon distance.
What is your current per mile pace in minutes and preferred distance to run in miles?
9.5 mm, can run between 3 miles and 13 miles.
How many times a week would you like to participate in running/walking with the club? Prefer AM or PM run?
I am thinking three times a week sounds good.
It's easier to work out in a group and I love running.
