Just to stay fit and probably run a FULL marathon after few months.
10-11 min/mile. 3 miles on weekdays and 5-10 miles on weekends.

It's been few months I have joined this group and I am having great time running!! Proved to me that running can be fun too :) Ran the Seattle Rock and Roll half marathon last month, something I never expected that soon!!
