Keep running and train for marathon in Summer of 2013.

What is the furthest distance you have run or walked in a race or training up to now?

13.1 miles

What is your current per mile pace in minutes and preferred distance to run in miles?

12 min/mile. Weekdays 3-5 miles, weekends longer distances.

How many times a week would you like to participate in running/walking with the club? Prefer AM or PM run?

3 times a week in the am.
