What is your running/walking goal? Are you training for a particular race or event?

I'm signed up for the Lake Sammamish 1/2 in March and the Ironman 70.3 in Lake Stevens in July. I'm also doing the Issaquah Triathlon in June.

What is the furthest distance you have run or walked in a race or training up to now?


What is your current per mile pace in minutes and preferred distance to run in miles?

I am aiming for aerobic training, so heart rate between 137 and 156 or so. This is usually about 10 minutes/mile. I'd like to run anywhere from about 4 to about 10 (or more?) miles at this time.

How many times a week would you like to participate in running/walking with the club? Prefer AM or PM run?

Probably once, maybe twice. My schedule varies.


Greetings! I live in Sammamish and do a lot of cross training (boxing, yoga, swimming, cycling, running, TRX, kettle bells, etc.).
