Map My Run
Training for SF Rock and Roll half marathon on April 7th.
15 k in 1:28
9.3 min pace, 6-7 miles preferred.
I plan on running 3X a week in addition to my karate training 3X week. Due to my and my kids' schedules, I may only be able to join the club once or twice a week. I am not a morning person so don't prefer really early am, but I could do 7-8am on Tues. and Thurs. and Tues, Thurs, Friday evenings and weekends.
Hi! I am a beginning runner who lives in the Issaquah/Bellevue area. I'm 42 and in very good shape (almost black belt in karate). I'm training for SF Half Marathon. I've been running for 4 months now.
