I was looking on the internet and found this group.
No specific goal, want to ease in the program and would love to participate in walking/running events.
My furthest distance is 8 miles.
Depends...Mile in 10-13 min. My preferred distance on weekdays is 4-6 miles.
4-5 days a week. AM timings works best for me.
Walking/Running are the best stress buster for me. Reading about fitness and nutrition also interest me.
