Kayak Technique Workshop with top Sydney trainers
Are you new to Kayaking or have you only been out a few times? Then this is for you. We've lined up two of Sydney's most qualified instructors to run this session at Narrabeen Lagoon. Adrian Clayton is an Australian Canoeing Level 2 Sea Instructor and Assessor. He is a very senior guy in Australian paddling and much saught after for his teaching skills. He will be assisted by Tony Carr, a fully qualified Instructor and Flat Water Guide who runs Freedom Outdoors. Each have over 25 years experience in teaching kayaking technique. You'll be in the best of hands. Learn efficient and sustainable forward stroke, posture (so your lower back is protected), torso rotation, leg drive, looking after hands and joints, preparing for longer day paddles, steering, getting in and out of kayaks safely, self rescue demonstrated and more. 1:1 and group work. Quality sit in Barracuda AR Duo kayaks provided, no extra cost - so just turn up and have fun. To register email [masked] and transfer $98 to Freedom Outdoors BSB[masked] Account[masked], with your name in the message field. Places are allocated as payment is received. An RSVP won't do it! We'll be in touch with arrangements for the day. No cancellations or refunds in the week leading up to the Workshop. Over 1,000 paddlers have trained with us - now it's your turn.
