Berlin UXD No. 12 - WeWork Sony Center

Now that the grey and dark half of the year has begun, we thought we should have a Meetup about a topic that is a little bit more fun. At our 12th Berlin UXD Meetup for designers and design lovers, we will learn how to design products that create a fun and pleasureful experience. Especially in the field of consumer products, this can be an extremely important skill indeed. For the talks, we selected three speakers who exactly know what they're doing:

Moritz von Volkmann, Head of Design, and Kilian Kreiser, Senior Product Designer @ COUP: A pleasureful user experience has been key for the success of COUP eScooter. Moritz and Kilian will tell you how they achieved an exciting product and driving experience and which plans they have for further improving the scooters.

Alex Letov, Design Lead @ Studio 49: Alex is a true game design and gamification enthusiast. He has worked in game design for more than ten years at companies such as Gameloft and GameDuell. At the Meetup, he will share some of his kick-ass techniques that make for a great gaming experience.

Doors open at 7pm, event starts at 7.15pm. We don't have too many seats available this time, so it may be that you have to stand during the talks. As usually, we will have an open mic, so feel free to bring any projects, open roles or other topics that you want to share with the rest of the community.

Our host this time is WeWork Sony Center. WeWork is a platform for creators, providing over 200,000 members around the world with space, community, and services through both physical and virtual offerings. WeWork currently has more than 160 physical locations in 52 cities and 16 countries around the world.

We are looking forward to another inspiring night with you!
