How will career training keep up with the speed of technological innovation? Online education is one of the few places that can keep up with the speed of tech. Many successful online programs use human-centered approaches. This approach might hint at what could become the future of education. This talk will focus on the UX of online education, and how you can apply these approaches to your own learning efforts.

🚞** Talk 2. How to get unstuck from career challenges in the new world?
Rakesh Kasturi, Co-Founder of LifeSprints (https://www.lifesprint.me/)

Many things about adulting are tough - bills, taxes, find a place to live and of course finding the right kind of job to make you happy. Students and young professionals across the world still don't have access to career coaching that really maximises their potential.

The way we've been taught to deal with our careers is only suitable for a world that no longer exists!

Together with his co-founder Matt Stewart, Rakesh Kasturi wants to disrupt traditional career planning through the Life Sprint. They help people maximise their potential and make the most out of their careers by creating a safe and supportive virtual space with guided conversations biased towards action. In this talk, Rakesh will share the journey of how the Life Sprint works and a few stories of how more than120 people have benefitted from it globally.
