#betaNYC, DoITT needs you!
For this CivicHackNight, we will get a first look at NYC’s beta developer platform.
Join the NYC Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT) (http://www.nyc.gov/html/doitt/html/home/home.shtml) on Wed, May 8 for a first look at the City’s beta developer platform.
This developer prototype aims to eventually serve as a hub for talented civic developers -- offering tools, documentation, code samples, peer-to-peer support, and more. NYC DoITT is looking for feedback from the civic tech community on all areas: UX (user experience), content & documentation, technology, and community-collaboration. NYC DoITT wants to know what you like, don’t like, and would make better.
Your input will help DoITT gain a better understanding of end user needs and ready the platform for a wider launch.
