Join City agencies 311 and DoITT for the launch of a new 311 dataset. The 311 Call Center Inquiry dataset contains information on all agent-handled calls to the City’s 311 information line, including date, time and topic.
This lunch and learn will consist of a 30-minute presentation about the dataset and 30 minutes of discussion/Q&A. This event is free and open to the public.

[Update] We are no longer offering to order lunch through Panera Bread. We ran the numbers and realized we cannot provide you with an affordable alternative to any of the lunch purveyors in the neighborhood. Here are some places near civic hall you can pick up a quick lunch:
1. Witchcraft (11 E 20th Street); 2. Spoon (17 W 20th Street); 3. Pret A Manger (655 6th Ave or 24 W 23rd Street); 4. Dee Dah (668 6th Ave); 5. Ridgeway Diner (646 6th Ave)
Thanks for understanding! We are in the process of looking for sponsors who can cover lunch expenses for future BetaTalks.
