How do you want to improve NYC?

This city needs core governmental transparency sorely. Where is all the money going? Why does the world's leading city have crumbling infrastructure? There is a major opportunity with NYC's recent embrace of technology and tech startups ... this should not be squandered by failing to support that movement by having too dysfunctional of a city government.
