Which elected officials are most open gov interested?

I am gathering recommendations on the most open government and civic technology interested elected officials in world.

Who do you recommend from the NYC/NY/NJ region?

As you may have noticed a lot of local politicking is happening on Facebook, including elected officials interacting with constitutes/friends/voters via their personal Facebook profiles.

Anyway, I figure we have a better chance of gathering thevworld's 100 most wired politicians with the wider open gov/civic tech community via Facebook than anywhere else at the moment. So, I am gathering people here:
http://Facebook.com/groups/opengovgroup

We have 530 people there already and a number of elected official.

Feel free to join and invite pols directly or zip me their info.

Thanks,
Steve
