Ralph, did you ever see this? http://nyctaxmap.herokuapp.com/

Does the assessment ratio account for exemptions?

Also here's a map using the NYC DOF Tentative Assessment Data that hopefully clearly shows where the Tax Assessment Ratio is low and where it is high

Park Slope leads the list in low assessment ratio
While the outer outer boroughs are high on the assessment ratio list

John, Very cool!!!

And yes "all authenticated users" is the public option.

This means you host the data, but queries by other applications written by others and also those other users direct queries are not charged to your project but instead to their project.

I believe one of the goals is to encourage collaboration.

SELECT count(*) FROM [acris-bigquery:acris.flat]
returns
[masked]

165 million rows very cool.

Cool stuff!

This reminded me that I uploaded all of ACRIS to BigQuery.  You can
find a denormalized version of it here:

https://bigquery.cloud.google.com/table/acris-bigquery:acris.flat

I've been meaning to write a little about experimenting with it, as
BigQuery lets you do some pretty impressive rollups of the city's
property history.

I'm not totally sure I set up sharing on the table correctly, though

sharing view permission with "All Authenticated Users" enough?

Thanks!
