We're trying something new tomorrow morning - that's Thursday, from
10-11 AM - using Google+ to hold an intimate discussion about
process for engaging the public in imagining the role of New York's
TLD. (It's intimate because Google+ limits video Hangouts to 10
participants.)
As of this evening there are seats left, so join us. You'll need to
be in a Google+ circle so drop me note and I'll make sure you have
access, I'm Thomas Lowenhaupt on G+. And if you don't have Google+
access, note me and I'll send an invite. If you can't make it, don't
fret as we're going to post a video of the event, probably on
YouTube.
The agenda should go something like this:
- Into: Tom Lowenhaupt
- Participant Intros
- Guest Presentation
- Guest Q&A
- General Discussion
We're going to start by reviewing comments we
filed with the NTIA on "consensus" formation, a requirement for
approval of the application. See the comments
here. But it should be fairly wide open as we get a feel
for the channel.
Best,
Tom Lowenhaupt
