Re: [bike-207] I just bought a new bike at Fit Werx2 in Peabody

I have been going to Marty for years now and always have been treated well, no matter what kind of purchase I make - if any.

The fitting they did on my bike was the best from all other previous places and like you said, they are not just looking to ring in the register but to build a relationship with each customer, then word of mouth takes care of the rest.

Dear Members,
I'm extremely excited about my new bike purchase that I just made this morning at Fit Werx2 in Peabody.  I bought a Trek Domane 4.0 Road Bike with cleats.  As some of you know, this is quite a change for me as I've been riding this HEAVY hybrid with toe clips.
As you'll recall, Fit Werx2 in Peabody, is our bike group sponsor as well.
What I really like about the store is that they really emphasize the relationship that they build with each customer not just during the purchase but throughout your riding lifetime.
Marty and Geoff were very patient with me as I'm rather picky about where I buy something.
I really recommend the bike fitting process as too many of us just get on a bike and decide based on a gut feel rather than someone taking measurements and really talking about our biking needs.
Happy riding and feel free to ask me any questions -
Remember, get out there!
Warm Regards,
Rob Fox
