You are in for a treat ... If you like to warm-up with an awesome cardio before working out .. or you are a cyclist trying to get in better shape than what only biking can give you (those extra pounds that for some reason the bike does not take away).. or you are a triathlete who is looking for a bike-run, or you just love an amazing super complete overall workout .... this is it !!! We will ride up down and around gorgeous Palos Verdes for about a 2 hours pushing each other like good road riders do, then we will go to the beach to join an amazing group of people (Redondo Beach Active Nutrition) for a workout at the beach. and then the Cherry on top !!! We go to the nutrition club to have a post recovery shake , so you don't waste your workout. and That is where we shine, we can help you getting in the best shape of your life through amazing nutrition.
The workout is always worth wile, and challenging !! depending the amount of people, we change accordingly
HAVE KIDS and """you have to go home""" ??? no problem; I run (together with my wife and kids) FAMILY FIT , a workout where families workout together (check my other meetup) ask them to meet you at the beach after your ride.
CYCLISTS .. Pls check starting time (it might vary). we will ride until 8:40 to start the workout at 9:00 AM.

CYCLISTS .. Attention: We are not professional bikers, but expect a decent pace ride .. we do not leave anybody behind, so depending on the group, we might choose some routes where we can safely loop around and come back for slower riders !!! Average speed on flats 17-20 MPH !!
