Pima County Fairgrounds Loop Ride

We will meet at the east end of the parking lot along Tanque Verde Rd. at 8AM for our ride out to the Pima County Fairgrounds and back. We will have an end-of-ride average pace of 15-16 MPH on our 45 mile ride. We will make our way to the Pantano River bike path via Tanque Verde, Pio Decimo, Pima, Pantano and Kenyon. From there, we will head south to Irvington, then over to Houghton, which will take us to Valencia. A short ride west will bring us to Nexus Dr. in Rita Ranch. A left turn on Nexus will take us down to Rita Rd. where we will continue riding south just past I-10. A left turn on Rocket Strav will lead us to Harrison and then down to the Fairgrounds. We will turn left onto Brekke Rd. and ride east until we reach Houghton. A right turn on Houghton will take us to Dawn Rd. where we will turn right and continue over to Harrison. Once on Harrison, we will ride north, retracing our ride back to Rita Rd. and then onto the Julian Bike path where we will head over to our rest stop at Kolb. From there we will continue on the Julian Bike Path to one end at Palo Verde. We pick up 29th St & head east toward Wilmont into Tanque Verde and back to Udall Park.
