Come join Bi+ and Bi-friendly people from the greater NYC Area in a lively topic-oriented discussion at BiRequest's famously open, non-judgmental, safe space. If you can't make it to the meeting, feel free to join everyone afterward around "eight-fifteenish" for dinner.
2016 Scheduling Change: Starting in January 2016, we're adjusting our discussion meetings to accommodate our late shift workers and evening class students.. Hopefully if you have class on (the first) Monday, you can make it on (the third) Thursday of any given month.
About us: Thanks to the dedication and hard work of many good bisexual folk, BiRequest continues the work of hosting biweekly discussions and monthly social gatherings serving the New York City metropolitan area; we've been rocking our bi selves since January 1994. We provide a safe space for bisexuals of ever stripe (bi, fluid, queer, pan, omni, sapio, and so many more). And we welcome bi-friendly people to gather and discuss issues of importance to us.
We're a co-ed group for adults from 18 to 80-plus who meet twice a month every 1st Monday and 3rd Thursday evening at NYC's LGBT Center in the West Village. The meetings are moderated and focused on a discussion topic but not limited to that week's topic.
After the discussion we go to dinner at a nearby, reasonably-priced restaurant for socializing and more informal discussion. We also have occasional social events such as movie nights, parties, and much more. Join us for a meeting or event and find the community you've been looking for!
People who can't make it to the meeting are invited to join our private online group BiRequest on Yahoo or on our Facebook Page BiRequest on Facebook.
