The Trailblazers program at Women's Wilderness is proud to announce a new Mindful Monday Yoga and Meditation Series with The Phoenix, a nationwide nonprofit network or volunteers and events dedicated to providing affirming spaces that support sobriety and community building.

The Phoenix model leverages the transformational power of connection and human resilience to build a sober movement. We’re not just dealing with a substance use problem, we’re facing an epidemic rooted in social isolation. Trailblazers is grounded in community and healing, which makes this partnership with The Phoenix an ideal space of support.

About the event
Reclaim your peace with intentional slow flow yoga designed with BIPOC women in mind. Root into stillness and rise in community through affirming movement and meditation. This is a gentle space to breathe, move, belong, and reclaim your center. All levels welcome, and you don't have to be in recovery to attend. Come as you are.

How much?
This series is donation-based. Donations can be made in person or directly to the Women's Wilderness website.
