March Meetup: Ext 3 to 4 Migration

  • Mar 6, 2012 · 7:00 PM

This month we've had a special request to discuss Ext 3 to 4 migration. What are the pros and cons, what's involved, "should we do it?", etc. If you are still using Ext 3 this will be a very valuable discussion for you. Here's the planned agenda:

  • 7-7:15: Settle in, grab a beer, meet and greet
  • 7:15-8: Ext 3 to 4 Migration presentation
  • 8-8:30: Open forum

The last meetup we had ended up being mostly an open group discussion, and I thought it was one of the best meetups we've had since it was quite interactive and people got to share their own experience with the group. I'd like to make that kind of discussion a regular part of the meetup, so please bring along any questions you may have!

As always, if you have specific topics you'd like to see discussed, please shoot me an email.

Although my interest lies in Sencha Touch, the Ext presentation was very interesting and I learned a lot. The discussion that followed was very useful.
