I think it&#8217;s it&#8217;s important to have a really healthy mindset because that can help take you from feeling fed up and despondent about dating into actually enjoying the experience.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-q-a\">Q&amp;A<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>How to start dating when you&#8217;re older and how to get back into the dating field?<ul><li>With dating, it doesn&#8217;t matter what age you are, whatever stage of life that you&#8217;re at, the whole journey that you go on is actually very similar. I&#8217;ve worked with clients in their sixties and seventies, and it&#8217;s really endearing to see how giddy they get about dating and the flirtations that can go on just as much as someone in their twenties.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Do you have any ideas or suggestions on how to embrace rejection in the dating process?<ul><li>It brings a little comfort to know that everyone in the dating world will have experienced some level of rejection. It&#8217;s a normal part of the journey, sometimes just knowing that can help a little bit.
