But their matches are not always going to be on the mark. Try to go with the flow; it&#8217;s no big deal if it&#8217;s not a match. You&#8217;re probably a hot ticket, and you&#8217;re going to get a lot of messages from people. Some of them won&#8217;t be your cup of tea, which is totally fine. It&#8217;s all about your attitude: keep smiling and moving forward.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>What if you&#8217;re not comfortable meeting in person for a while?<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>I work with a lot of introverts. Here&#8217;s what I would suggest. You can start with a FaceTime date or a Zoom date. You can really get a feeling of the vibe on a video call much better than on a phone call. See if this is someone who you feel any sort of connection with, and then you can practice. Go on a bunch of 20-minute practice Zoom or FaceTime dates until you start to build up some confidence to go on those in-person dates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Can you share some tips for dating after divorce, like how and when to start dating?<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>I can deeply relate to that and there&#8217;s no one answer for this. I think everyone&#8217;s looking for a timeline for when you&#8217;re allowed to date again. It depends on your healing and your level of healing. By the way, we&#8217;re all in some continuum of healing, so you don&#8217;t have to wait until you&#8217;re fully healed. I would say, look inward and examine that a bit before you start dating. But if you&#8217;re curious, go on a few fun dates to meet some people.
