About the Talk: The talk is about how to use existing image processing tools to solve simple problems. Walking through 2 apps: a circle detector and an OCR application, OpenCV would be explored as the image processing toolkit. The talk will focus on fundamentals that would help people build their own applications.

About the Speaker: Wingston began as an Electrical Engineer and now works as a full stack Web Developer.Javascript, python and Android are the technologies that he usually works with nowadays. github.com/wingie contains most of the stuff that he's worked on in the past.
