Re: [blrdroid] Suggestion about Parse

Hey Abdul,

Parse offers a JavaScript and a REST API for web apps, and all the functionality which is available to mobile apps, is available to these two APIs as well.

We have been working on Parse lately in our iOS and Android apps, and it has really helped us a lot.

There are so far no limitations on using the free version, and you can certainly launch your apps with the free version.
The only things not available to Free users are Push provided by parse, your own code on Parse Cloud etc.

Hi All,

1)May i know how well parse backend suits for webapps. How does a backend make difference for mobile and web ? Or am i wrong ? Bcos i have been seeing Parse advertised as popular mobile backend. Why not for Web?

2) Can we publish our apps which use free version of parse ? Does the company prohibit it anyway until unless we dont exceed the limits provided ?

Pls help.

thanks in advance.
