Suggesion re Running the Group

It would help if the organizers would clear out the meeting description after every meeting. That way, when Meetup triggers its two-week notice of the following meeting, it wouldn't send out the description of the previous meeting.

In any event, I repeat my thanks to Medical Decision Logic for hosting and organizing the meetings.

This time around was our fault -- we simply waited too long to touch base with the presenter to finalize the topic.

In the past we have had difficulty with the Meetup site itself, sending out old descriptions even after we had updated the topic. Oddly, Meetup chose a single older meeting and kept sending that (rather than the last).

Regardless, we'll do what we can to keep more on top of this. I know that people have to take time of our their evenings and that it is difficult to plan that when we don't do out part.
