Please join us and the Baltimore Coalition of Reason to hear a concert by singer/songwriter Roy Zimmerman

Roy Zimmerman writes hilarious, rhyme-intensive original songs that are also incisive calls to action, smart, savvy and undeniable. “He simultaneously inspires me and makes me laugh my ass off,” says comedian/author Paul Krassner.

Zimmerman’s “Wake Up Call” is ninety minutes of these songs - funny songs like “Abstain With Me” and “I Want a Marriage Like They Had In the Bible,” heartfelt songs like “Hope, Struggle and Change” and “I Approve This Message,” and impassioned comic commentary.

Wonderful concert! Roy was brilliant, as always. Great performance of "Hope, Struggle, and Change". I loved the new material --"Vagina dialogues" was hilarious. We had 41 people, which was very good for an event we organized on short notice.

A very funny and entertaining event. Roy's political humor cuts right to the truth of the current US political landscape with all its hypocrisies and flaws. He can be compared to Tom Lehrer with a harder political edge.
