 popular. I have decided to add an additional time when we can meet at the 
 Outpost Board Game Cafe. I have thought about the best time to do a Saturd
 ay meetup and I have chosen the 7 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. time that we have bee
 n doing on Fridays. I hope this time on Saturday works for most people. Si
 nce the weather is becoming more rainy and cool\, I think this meetup will
  be quite popular. I will set the Saturday Night Board Games meetup to rep
 eat until March 21\, 2026. Bringing your own games is always a good idea.

SUMMARY:UPHILL BATTLES: Hikes & Cards
DESCRIPTION:Board Games at Outpost Langford\nA *relatively* light hike to 
 the beach at Witty’s Lagoon\, using the Lagoon Trail from the east side 
 of the park. Time and weather permitting\, we’ll sit on a blanket and pl
 ay some short card games on the beach or the grass. I’ll bring a blanket
 \, you’re welcome to do so as well.\n\nTotal hike should be about 40-45 
 minutes there\, and then 40-45 minutes back depending on our pace. This is
  a popular park and the trail is recently renovated. Things to keep in min
 d about the trail itself:\n* There’s very little loose gravel or dirt\, 
 but a lot of roots and steps\, and a lot of up and down\, so it could be h
 ard on knees.\n* Sharpest incline is about 25 meters vertical\, but with a
  couple switchbacks\, so not too steep.\n* Rated “moderate” on AllTrai
 ls.\n* About 6.5km total.\n\nThere’s parking at the nearby regional park
  to Tower Point. Possibly also on Cliff Drive\, but not at the trailhead i
 tself or on lower Olympic View Drive. I’ll be waiting at the trailhead. 
 We’ll head out no later than five minutes from the MeetUp start time.\n\
 nIf it’s a drizzle I’ll still be there\, but probably won’t play a g
 ame midway through the hike. If the weather is pouring it on in the mornin
 g\, I will cancel\, so please check back on the app. Dress warmly! Hope to
  see you there.
