We are cross-posting this event for LEGA. This is a good opportunity to get in a full day of gaming with a large group.
Time: 9:30 AM – Midnight: We must be out by Midnight, so cleanup will begin shortly after 11:00 PM. Cost: $3 cost per person to attend
Food: We encourage everyone to bring Food & Drinks to share (also, alcohol IS allowed). The facility will provide Trash Bags, ice, and water.Tami provides paper plates, styrofoam cups, forks, and paper towels (feel free to donate any of those items for future events) NEW: RECYCLING IS NOW AVAILABLE- just look for the shopping cart with the plastic bag in it! Flea Market: Goes on throughout the day -- let your unwanted games find a new home.
Event Parking: Parking in the Campbell-Stone lot is not permitted by LEGA members (the limited number of visitors spaces there must be left available for short-term guests visiting residents). All gamers must park in the upper lot next door -- there's plenty of parking there. We may park temporarily under the portico to drop things off, as long as we then move our cars to the lot next door. Security can see both parking lots, so there should be no issues.
Signing In at the Desk -- Campbell-Stone security needs everyone to sign in at the front desk when they first arrive and then sign out for the night when they leave. Thank you for your cooperation with this.
