January Full Moon Ceremony with 2025 heart centered intentions and sound healing

Dear friends,

Happy New Year!
I trust each of you is healthy and thriving!

I missed offering the full Moon Ceremony in December here in Boca. However I feel deeply grateful and blessed to have received so many healings and upgrades while attending a spiritual retreat in Egypt.
I’ll be offering a full moon ceremony at the beach this month on Monday January 13.

As always, this is an opportunity to embody more of your essence, to relax to the sounds of the ocean and the crystal singing bowls, to taking pictures of the magical full moon and of the community, to making new friends and more!
Further, during the January full Moon ceremony we’ll have the opportunity to consciously create heart-centered intentions for 2025.

Here’s an outline of the evening (times are approximate):

4:45 pm - meeting and settling down at the beach
5 pm - Heart-centered intention setting through guided meditation, brief journalling and a surprise
5:30-5:50 pm - sound healing bath with crystal alchemy singing bowls and other sacred instruments
5:50 - 6:15 pm - full moon rising over the horizon, breathing the full moon energy and taking pics!
6:15 pm - Closing with a guided meditation to embody the energy of the Moon for healing and manifestation.

📍 Location: Boca Raton beach, South Beach Pavillion. 400 N State Road A-1-A, N Ocean Blvd, Boca Raton, FL 33432
There’s free parking on Palmetto or at the Beach Park with a permit if you live in Boca.
We’ll probably be by Lifeguard tower #1 but sometimes we need to move towards #2 depending on beach conditions.

What to bring:
Pen and paper, a towel to sit on, water, extra layers of clothing in case it gets chilly.
