BML Circle is a community for people who are committed to becoming better — not as a concept, but as a practice. Each session explores a concept that will sharpen the human instrument - the mind, body, mood, language, and the capacity to learn and lead and remain present under pressure with continued practice. The session is designed based on the organiser's experience as a HR leader in corporate, life coach, and practitioner across fitness, yoga, and breathwork.

Each session anchors on one topic, involves sharing of real world observations and experiences among participants, and a practice designed for participants to take away to practise in day to day life. The practice can take the form of a body practice like yoga or breathwork, or it can be a reflective practice.
