If you want to go with me, I'll be meeting some friends and colleagues at Whitechapel Tube 11.45 Sat. 10 April - travel to Temple, March and Rally Trafalgar Square 2pm. If you want to meet up - more centrally, e-mail me. If you want my mobile no - e-mail me.

If you've never been on a demo it's usually quite fun, quite social, everyone is very welcoming. Often all age groups, grandmothers to kids in pushchairs. You don't have to be on side - you could just be curious.

It's time to show those chasing our votes that we care about what is going to be happening in our hospitals, schools, social services (where child protection takes place,) that we care what happens to our societies most vulnerable - senior citizens, the mentally ill, the homeless. For those who already know they agree - come on - stand up and be counted! No point complaining about society if you won't be an active citizen!

Hope to see you there,
